Who Is Raykey?

Rickey “RayKey” Tezino’s legacy is one built from strong principles of faith, an unwavering defense of freedom, and a staunch belief in fairness. He exemplifies the American ideal that one person can make a difference. He has worked in prisons (VIPS), unlocking the minds of men and women, changing negative imagery, and positively influencing our boys and girls. He is the creator of Volunteers in Public Service, formerly Volunteers in The Prison Systems, and TOPSYS, a training and certification company. A Texas native, Rickey has worked in Houston for more than 30 years and attended Houston’s Universities, UTHSC, UH & St. Thomas.
